You can integrate Deepfactor with your Slack account to receive real-time updates. In order to integrate, you will need to create a Slack application and provide the details on Deepfactor Slack integration page.
Follow these steps to integrate Slack with Deepfactor:

Copy the Slack App Manifest from Deepfactor Portal UI:
In order to integrate Slack with Deepfactor, you will need to create a Slack application. Deepfactor provides the App Manifest yaml which you can use to create the app seamlessly.
- Login to your Deepfactor portal and navigate to “Integrations” and then “Notifications”
- Under the Slack section, click “Add to Slack”.
- Copy the Slack app manifest from the Slack integration form.

Navigate to the Slack API Apps Page:
- Go to Slack API Apps.

Create a New Slack App:
- Click on “Create New App”.
- Select “From an app manifest”.

Select Workspace:
- Choose the desired workspace and Click “Next”

Paste the Slack App Manifest from Deepfactor into Slack:
- Paste the copied manifest into the YAML section of the Slack App configuration page.
- Click “Next” and then Click “Create” to create the application.

Paste the Slack App details into Deepfactor:
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from the newly created Slack app.
- Paste these values into the corresponding fields in the Slack Integration form on your Deepfactor portal.
- Click “Save” to complete the configuration.

Authorize the Integration:
- You will be redirected to a Slack authorization screen.
- Select the channel where you want to receive notifications from Deepfactor.
- Click “Allow” to grant the necessary permissions.
- After authorization, you will be redirected back to your Deepfactor portal. The Slack integration will now be active.
